b) Warranty policy of iMed Dental applies to dental fillings, dentures, and implant services

CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION OF WARRANTY POLICY

• Perform re-examinations, check-ups, dental care, and hygiene at the clinic every 6 months during the warranty period.
• Take care of your teeth at home according to your dentist’s instructions

CASE OF WARRANTY POLICY DOES NOT APPLY

• Cases of non-compliance with the clinic’s instructions
• Cases where oral hygiene is not guaranteed (smoking, improper oral hygiene, etc.)
• Cases that do not carry out periodic re-examinations as directed
• New cases of diseases that adversely affect oral health after being treated at the clinic (diabetes, osteoporosis, radiation cancer treatment, epilepsy, teeth grinding…)
• Injuries due to accidents, sports, or other causes
• Cases of using false dentures with wrong instructions and specifications
• Cases of natural degeneration of gums or teeth
• Unexpected cases of root canal treatment
• Old cases of treatment not performed by the iMed clinic
• Cases of patients who want to change the treatment results by themselves compared with the plan agreed with the doctor before
• The refund policy does not apply to any other cases except the item * above
