  • Step 1: Please present your insurance certificate and identification document (ID card, passport or birth certificate for children) at the registration counter.
  • Step 2: Perform medical examination and treatment according to the list prescribed by the doctor. After the diagnosis and prescription, iMed Dental will confirm the customer’s insurance information with Vietinbank VBI Insurance Company and confirm the expenses the Insurance accepts to pay.
  • Step 3: Customers pay expenses that are not covered by the insurance company (if any).
  • Step 4: Customers sign the relevant documents for iMed Dental to complete the application in accordance with the regulations of Vietinbank VBI Insurance Company.
