The benefits that customers enjoy depend on the medical services they use and the insurance benefits when they buy the card. iMed Dental accepts 2 types of guarantee cards, yellow and black.
To enjoy the guarantee benefits when treating at iMed dental, customers please follow the guarantee process according to the following steps:
- Step 1: Please present your insurance card and identification document (ID card, passport or birth certificate for children) at the registration counter.
- Step 2: Perform medical examination and treatment according to the list of doctors prescribed. After receiving a diagnosis and prescription, iMed Dental will confirm the customer’s insurance information with Baoviet Insurance Company and confirm the costs the Insurance accepts to pay.
- Step 3: Customers pay expenses that are not covered by the list of insurance companies (if any).
- Step 4: Customers sign the relevant documents for iMed Dental to complete the dossier according to the regulations of Bao Viet Insurance Company.
